"I have been with them for about a year and a half now, and I will say this is the first issue I've had. The app was not working so I could not make my payment. I sent them an email Sunday night asking them to process my payment so my policy wouldn't lapse. They called me 4 days later (still not having read my email) and offered no consideration, grace, or apology for not reading my email. I do not like calling in because every time I do, it ends up being an hour phone call and I don't have that kind of time. I asked to speak to a manager who was very rude and belittling to me because "I haven't made my payment on the due date and they've tried several times to try to get me to set up Auto Pay". While I acknowledge I do not pay by the due date, I've never not paid the bill and it has not been canceled until now. Thats no excuse for his rude behavior or belittling attitude. If he had simply acknowledged the fact that they made a mistake and still hadn't read my email after 4 days, I would've dropped the issue. Furthermore this is only probably the 2nd time they've mentioned Auto Pay to me, not the 12th or more he tried to state. Overall it hasn't been a bad experience, but that really put a bad taste in my mouth. Everyone is struggling right now with the cost of basic living, so belittling someone who's policy has never canceled before now just because they don't pay on the exact due date is not an ok way to treat people."

"My experience with Alasia (at Lisa Davis State Farm Agency) was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with customer service so far this year! Alasia spoke in layman’s terms and not like a sales person speaking in the industry jargon like so many others do. I’m not super tech-savvy but I was able to see that there was a glitches with signage pages. It took a while which I had no issue with because Alasia remained calm, patient and professional while she worked it out. The process required her to place me on a brief hold a couple of times, but she always asked if I would mind prior to placing me on hold, and she explained exactly what she was going to do during each hold. The best part was the holds were actually very brief, not dragged out! This was my second call with Alasia and the first call was just as pleasant and customer friendly as today’s call. I’m very pleased with the information and clear explanations that were offered. I also would like to mention Ronson who assured me on a Sunday afternoon with getting me an insurance quote on my new home! I originally called to leave a message thinking I’d forget if I waited until Monday morning! Imagine my surprise when my call was returned within the hour with Ronson offering to assist me with the quote which he then provided in less than 15 minutes! Ms. Davis has a phenomenal team!"
